Rosie Morgan
Consultant
Rosie is a consultant with Special Networks. With a background in Classical Music and Voice, Rosie’s personal experience with Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia and ADHD fuelled an interest in neurodivergent psychology and Music Therapy. As a postgraduate student, she researched counselling interventions for children as well as parent and caregiver experiences of accessing and navigating different support services. Her lived experience with Dyspraxia and Dyscalculia influenced her practice.
Rosie advocates for empathetic approaches to understanding and addressing exclusion and inequitable practices. She has a passion for working with all stakeholders within communities and organisations to support more effective change. Recent projects have seen her support an international parenting application in the development of resources improving understanding of neurodiversity. She has also worked with a clinical service provider to refocus their work towards more holistic support for families as well as developing an inclusion framework for the digital healthcare sector.
Alongside her work for Special Networks, Rosie runs her own business where she combines her Psychology background and spititual practice to support other and offer guidance.
