We are committed to working with individuals and organisations across education, work and play to embrace our unity in our diversity and create inclusive and equitable environments for all.
To achieve this, we offer comprehensive training built to meets the specific needs of each organisation we work with. We build our training on an understanding of the importance of context and complexity. We view training as a system and not a one-time event. What happens before and after training is just as important as important as what happens during it. Training needs to connect.
We do not start from a deficit approach, considering what an organisation lacks, but instead work to understand, recognise and grow people’s knowledge and capabilities. We then actively support them to put these to use with individuals and communities.
We will work with you to understand your training needs and the best ways to facilitate transfer of training into action. Together we will then create a bespoke training program.
Our training creates a space for those who attend to be reminded of their value and the role they can play in reshaping systems that disconnect to ones that recognise the inherent variability in us all.
